Who Holds the Hogs Accountable?

The season's in a tailspin but the Hogs insist their spirits remain up.
"We came out yesterday and had a team run and everyone was very positive," junior center and team captain Travis Swanson said Monday. "There wasn't one bad attitude."
"It's wild. With a few losses and the expectations the way they were, you'd think there'd be a lot of crazy things and such happening," senior quarterback and team captain Tyler Wilson added. "But the way we came out last night, it was another positive."
The Razorbacks continue to point to executions and attention to detail as the difference between winning and losing, but if a player's not doing his job, who on this team's holding him accountable?
"I feel like we need to do a better job of holding each other accountable, but at the same time, we do hold each other accountable," senior linebacker and team captain Alonzo Highsmith explained. "The coaches do it but I feel like we have players on the team. They all do a good job."
Now it's a matter of correcting the problems of which there are plenty.
"When I watch on film, you could say it's just a hope at this point. No! You're so close it drives me crazy," Wilson exclaimed. "I drive home at night and I think about three or four plays that were so close and it's a completely different ball game."
"Just got to execute on both side of the ball," Highsmith said. "Once we execute the way we need to execute and perform how we need to perform and the playmakers make the plays, I feel like when we get that rolling it'll be the team you all thought it would be."
If the Hogs truly are that close, they need to flip the switch immediately. At 1-3, even bowl eligibility's looking like a long shot.
