So today is all about favorite tailgating recipes - whether you are tailgating at the stadium or just what your favorite things to eat while you watch the game!!!
My favorite thing when we watch football is to snack. Mostly dips. And maybe pizza. :-)
I love rotel dip for football. Or you could have the MACK DADDY of rotel dips which I wrote aboutHERE.
Another favorite dip is my very favorite spinach dip:
This is my signature spinach dip. I make it all the time and it is soooooo good. To me - it's the best spinach dip recipe I've ever found so I have to share.Spinach Dip
1 pkg frozen spinach
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Monterrey jack cheese
6 oz Parmesan cheese
1 can Rotel
Cook the spinach according to package. Add cheeses and melt in microwave for 3-5 minutes until liquid form. Add rotel and mix together. Serve with crackers or bagel chips or melba toasts.
My other very favorite dip is this:

7 Layer Dip
(I borrowed this picture off of google)
Layer a can of refried beans
Next a layer of guacamole
Mix 16 oz sour cream with 1 pkg of taco seasoning - that's the next layer
Shredded Cheddar cheese
