Now Dale Annam`s parents and caregiver all face charges. Police got a call about loud noises and a child screaming. Police say when they arrived the child was dead. Investigators say the child had severe burns on the hands and feet from a previous incident. Police say the child`s caregiver, was booked for battery in the first degree. The child`s parents Junious Annam and Elmitha Aito were both arrested for permitting abuse of a minor.
