Washington County Judge Mary Ann Gunn regularly takes her Drug Court to schools to show students what happens when you`re caught with drugs. The impact is evident. In letters to the judge, students tell her they want and need more drug prevention and enforcement in their schools. That`s why Gunn is proposing a program called "Communities for Drug Free Schools" in which students and parents would voluntarily agree that the child will participate in requirements like random drug testing, and random locker and vehicle checks with drug dogs.
