KNWA goes HD

It seems like just a few months ago we started the work - growing with our Northwest Arkansas community.

The project was more than a year in the works and thousands of man hours to bring KNWA to you in high definition. General Manager Lisa Kelsey can't wait to share our new environment with you. Kelsey says, " We are so excited and proud to bring you news in HD from our state of the art facility."

You'll see our Razorback Nation now in the round with state of the art equipment and tools allowing the team to cover the hogs even more efficiently than before and never drop the ball on any of your Razorback headlines The meteorology team has the latest and greatest in forecasting technology complete with the WSI system. This means when seconds count you'll be in the know with the most up to date information to help keep your family safe. And the news team now sits on a high definition set. News Director Brook Thomas believes "all these changes will bring the team to the next level."

"I think we have the best team in Northwest Arkansas and being able to give them the equipment and tools necessary in this state of the art facility to be abel to do their jobs even better is exciting for me. I think it's just gonna make something good even better."

This HD transition is one we're excited to share with you as our KNWA family continues to grow with you in this great community of Northwest Arkansas.
