Halloween may be over, but zombie season is still in full swing.

So we got a little target practice, a few tips, "shoot them right in the head," and now we're ready to
take on the un-dead.

"The fun of shooting a paintball gun and the rage of zombies is just a natural fit," says Steve Cherry, who runs Zombie Paintball Apocalypse in Benton County.

It's the first year for Zombie Paintball Apocalypse, but it hasn't taken long to catch on.

"Alright guys how do we shoot zombies? 'In the face!'" says a few riders.

"We're hoping to have by the end of this weekend probably 6,000 riders," says Cherry.

But that's still not enough to keep those zombies at bay.

"The zombies win probably 50% of the time but that's probably cause they're quite resilient to all the shots they've had," says Cherry.

If you'd like to take on the zombies, the Paintball Apocalypse is open through Sunday, November 4th.
