The city of Siloam Springs getting in the Christmas spirit, hosting a holiday open house along Main Street.
More than 20 local businesses opened their doors today for the 25th annual Holiday Open House.
Each store provided refreshments, specials and even door prizes to shoppers.
For the second year, Main Street Siloam Springs hosted a tree auction, letting shoppers bid on Christmas trees decorated by local stores.
The event is sponsored to encourage folks to shop local for all their Christmas gifts.
"It just kind of brings the community together. Gives them a sense of downtown spirit. Its something that's a tradition that I did with my daughters for many years. Its just a real fun afternoon," says Two Gals Junk.
All proceeds from the tree auction will benefit downtown revitalization efforts through Main Street Siloam Springs.
