7 at 7 for Tuesday, November 6th

Before you head out the door this morning, we want to make sure you're in the know about all things election.

These are the seven stories you need to know about, before you start your Tuesday.

A man in Benton County says he has a severe case of voter fatigue, and is switching his vote, after receiving repeated phone calls from the group supporting a wet county.

The citizen, who wishes to remain anonymous, says someone claiming to represent the group Keep Dollars in Benton County called his home numerous times - encouraging him to support the measure.

He says after he agreed to vote for the issue and asked to be taken off the calling list, he continued to receive calls.

Keep Dollars in Benton County says it does use phone calls as a part of campaigning, but that it's all handled through a consultant.

The group also says it's running a positive instead of a persuasive campaign.

The group opposing this issue has also been sending messages to voters.

Citizens United to Preserve Benton County placed an ad this past weekend in local newspapers.

Members laid out four reasons why they believe the county should stay dry.

The ad features statistics and compares crime rates between wet and dry counties.

The group feels these ads have been effective.

Monday marked the last day to vote early and lots of folks hit the polls.

According to the Arkansas Secretary of States Office, more than 400,000 Arkansans voted early as of Saturday.

Locally, in Washington County, almost 25,000 voters cast ballots as of Monday afternoon.

It seems Benton County voters were even more excited, they'd tallied more than 38,000 votes Monday.

In Madison County 1,664 people voted early.

The mayoral candidates in Fayetteville were working to get those last early votes outside the Washington County Courthouse Monday.

Former Mayor Dan Coody and Mayor Lioneld Jordan are both experienced candidates with their own approaches to city government.

Despite different leadership styles, both have a devotion to Fayetteville.

Here are some of the big issues you'll see on your ballot.

Issue 1, often referred to as the highway tax.

If passed, this billion dollar proposal would mean a "half cent" sales tax increase to fund road improvements across the state.

Issue 2 focuses on allowing cities to make money.

If approved, it would allow cities to create new development districts.

Those areas could then implement new sales taxes to bring more money into the city to pay for things like police cars and road maintenance equipment.

Issue 5, the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act.

If approved, there would be 30 not-for-profit dispensaries set up across the state, but the individual cities and counties could still vote to ban them.

You'll also see Issues 3 and 4. Both are casino measures which would have allowed for casinos in the state.

However because of change in wording, the Arkansas Supreme Court shot down the initiative.

Voters will still see the issues and can vote, but those votes will not count.

Big news for Bella Vista voters on this election Tuesday.

Walmart is pulling out of plans to build a Neighborhood Market at Highway 71 and Oldham Drive.

The retailer cites the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department's decision not to install a traffic light at that intersection as the reason for the change of heart.

The proposed store caused quite a bit of debate in the city, with some citizens only supporting the property rezoning because of the traffic light.

Walmart says it will move to find a more suitable location.
