It was a race between two mayors and Fayetteville residents made their choice.  Mayor Lioneld Jordan will get another term.

Former Mayor Dan Coody conceded late Tuesday night during his watch party.

Each candidate worked hard to win votes through the election season, participating in live, public debates and duking it out for the 2013 position. Coody was elected as mayor in 2001, and served until 2008, when Jordan took over.

Mayor Jordan stopped by the Fox Morning Edge studios early Wednesday morning to talk about what's next for the city.
