Carolina Defense will get After Hogs - Gearup Matchup

Bobby Petrino owned the Gamecocks in his time at Arkansas rolling to double figure wins in each of his last 3 years with the Razorbacks, but this is no longer a Bobby Petrino type offense, and the hogs are not facing a typical south carolina defense.
"It's not like they're a blitz-o-mania team but they can get after you," head coach John L. Smith said. "They got a lot of speed they play hard and they're very well coached," junior guard Alvin Bailey added.

In a conference with the best defensive reputation in the nation, South Carolina's front four may be the best in the SEC, and rush end Jadeveon Clowney may be the league's best player.
"We got to do a good job of cutting him and chipping him and trying to keep huis head on a swivel," Paul Petrino said of the Gamecocks star. "We're going to get a lot of one on one matchups, I've got have faith my guys are going to battle with him and I've got stand in and do my job," Tyler Wilson said.
Playing behind a suspect O-line this year defenses have abused Quarterback Tyler wilson this year, keeping him on his feet this Saturday is goign to be the best remedy for a Razorback upset in Columbia.
