Flashing lights have been delivered to Lincoln and will soon be installed in front of Lincoln High School, according to Lincoln mayor Rob Hulse.

Hulse says he plans to get the lights put in place within a week or so.

The city spent around $6,000 on the lights, and will spend an additional $3,000 to install them.

Lincoln School District and the city of Lincoln worked together to establish a school zone this past August.
