Papa John's Pizza is in hot water with customers, and "People" magazine has announced the sexiest man alive. Here are the trending topics on Wednesday's edition of "The Pulse".

Nanny Indicted
The New York nanny accused of fatally stabbing two young children in her care has been indicted by a grand jury. 50-year-old Yoselyn Ortega is facing first and second degree murder charges in the deaths two young children. This story was in the pulse when it first happened, police say the childrens' mother returned to the family's upper west side apartment in late october and found the children dead in the bathroom and then witnessed Ortega stab herself. Ortega had been a nanny with the family for about two years and she's still in the hospital.

Papa Johns Backlash
Papa John's Pizza has been delivering more than just pizza. Customers nationwide have filed a 250 million dollar class-action lawsuit because they say the popular pizza chain has sent out a half million unwanted spam texts. The messages offered pizza deals, but some customers said they got 15 or 16 of them in a row, in the middle of the night.

Victoria's Secret Apologizes
Victoria's secret is apologizing for a fashion faux pas at its annual fall show. One of the lingerie retailer's models sported a native american headdress on the runway last week in New York. The outfit was criticized by tribal members as a display of ignorance. The retailer posted and apology on its official twitter and facebook page.

The Sexiest Man Alive
Channing Tatum, taking home the People.com award for "Sexiest Man Alive". The handsome actor modestly says his first thought when he heard he won was "ya'll are messing with me." The 32-year-old Tatum is also a sculptor who loves to quote Edgar Allen Poe. Oh, and sorry girls, the hunk is a married man. Tatum follows Bradley Cooper, who was last year's 'People's' sexiest man alive.

The Petraeus Scandal
Paula Broadwell, the woman at the center of the CIA affair scandal, continues to linger in the spotlight. Her government security clearance has been suspended, and her house raided after admitting she took military documents from a government building. The FBI is currently trying to decide whether to charge Broadwell with a crime. Former CIA Director David Petraeus resigned Friday after admitting to an affair with Broadwell.
