What started as a school prank, led to thousands of dollars in donations.

The Lawnmower Boys of Huntsville gained some notoriety after riding their lawnmowers to school as a senior prank. They were suspended, but turned the event into something great.

After mowing lawns for the sick and elderly, they raised $7,022 for Arkansas Children's Hospital.

The boys were honored Thursday with the Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in Northwest Arkansas.
