According to Bentonville Police Chief Jon Simpson there is no threat to public safety. Simpson also told KNWA on Friday morning authorities don't expect to name a suspect today but will continue working around the clock on this case.  In part of a new release from Bentonville Police the PD says, "It is also important to note that the family of Jersey and DesaRae Bridgeman has been cooperative with detectives during this investigation. The family also wishes to convey to the media that they do not wish to make any statements or speak to anyone during this time of grieving. They ask that their privacy be respected during this time."
