Last Monday morning, we talked about Katt Williams and Chris Brown. Well, bad news: they're both trending again and for similar reasons this Monday morning!

Katt Williams
The comedian was arrested after getting into a fracas in Seattle. Officers were called to a sports bar after Williams and another man got into an argument. During the incident, the comedian refused to leave and picked up a pool cue when he told the manager he wasn't going to leave. Police say he also followed a family out of the bar and flicked a cigarette through a window, hitting a woman just below the eye.  Williams was arrested on assault, harassment and resisting arrest charges.

Chris Brown
The R&B singer reinstates his Twitter page exactly one week after shutting it down. You may remember just eight days ago, Brown got into a Twitter battle with comedian Jenny Johnson. She has been a critic of Brown since his now infamous assault on Rihanna in 2009. Brown has not yet tweeted anything since he turned it back on, but he has been on instagram where he posted a picture of himself with Rihanna Sunday.

The Clock is Ticking
We're less than a month to the so-called fiscal cliff and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner says the White House will only agree to a plan that includes higher tax rates for the richest Americans. Geithner presented his plan to Republicans Thursday, calling for an additional $1.6 trillion in tax revenue, cuts to medicare, and $50 billion in stimulus spending. Republicans were not happy with the plan and a deal is not expected to be done by January 1st.

BCS Bowl Games
Following Alabama's win over Georgia Saturday, the Crimson Tide will play Notre Dame for a shot at winning their third BCS championship in four years. But the matchup getting the biggest buzz aside from the national championship: Northern Illinois vs Florida State in the Orange Bowl. Based on BCS rules, Northern Illinois jumped over Oklahoma for a BCS birth. Sooner fans, and multiple ESPN personalities, were not happy with the match-up and took to Twitter and Facebook to voice their displeasure.

Jovan Belcher
The Kansas City Chiefs linebacker shot his girlfriend before driving to Arrowhead Stadium and taking his own life in front of Chiefs Head Coach Romeo Crennel and General Manager Scott Pioli Saturday morning. There was talk about postponing Sunday's game against Carolina but Crennel and the team met Saturday and decided they would rather play Sunday.
