Number four -- Comedian Katt Williams. Seattle police said the 41-year-old was playing pool at a bar when he got into an argument with other patrons and when the manager tried to break up the fight, Williams allegedly threatened him with a pool cue.
Number three -- Yahoo is ordered to fork over billions of dollars in a legal dispute involving the Mexican Yellow Pages. The plaintiffs sued Yahoo and Yahoo de Mexico for breach of contract and lost profits from contracts related to a yellow pages listings service.
Number two -- A proposal by House Republicans to avoid the so-called Fiscal Cliff was quickly rejected by the White House. GOP leaders outlined their plan in a letter to President Obama. The proposed plan would reportedly shave more than two-trillion dollars from the deficit over the next decade,
Number one -- William and Kate are expecting! Buckingham Palace officials said the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their first child.
