Justin Woller has lived in Wisconsin for 29 years, and he just so happened to be in Northwest Arkansas as the University of Arkansas hired Bret Bielema as the new Head Hog.
"You guys really could use a good coach down here... It's going to be tough watching him go, hopefully we can fill his shoes."
Bielema came to Arkansas from a head coaching position with the Wisconsin Badgers.
"He started off as a defensive coordinator and then he filled in as head coach. Everybody doubted him and that it was going to be a flop and he stepped right up and took the reins like a man... With a record of 68 and 24 for his career I'd say he did pretty good."
Watching Badger games, Woller witnessed Bielema's coaching style on the field.
"Excellent coach, really calm, mellow... A lot of people complained that he lost the three Rose Bowls in a row. I look at it the other way, he got them to three Rose Bowls in a row."
And Woller knows the Razorbacks will be pushed in the right direction under Bielema's watch.
"He's got his head straight... He's a pretty fair coach. He understands mistakes happen and he's not going to punish you if something goes wrong, but he likes to encourage you to do it right next time."
Some think the switch from the Badger State to the Natural State was an easy decision.
"Well you're tripling his pay, so you must be doing something right."
But with a bittersweet sendoff, Woller had a few words of wisdom for Coach Bret Bielema.
"Focus on the task at hand and don't worry about anybody else. Just get in there, play the game and do it right."
