Academy Sports + Outdoors to Open in Fayetteville

Academy Sports + Outdoors opens Friday morning in Fayetteville, but we have a sneak peek for you.

The store spans more than 71,000 square feet and holds footwear, clothes, fishing and camping equipment, as well as a digital golf simulator and archery lane.

The grand opening is Friday, December 7, at 8:00 a.m. and the first 100 Academy Sports + Outdoors Facebook fans in line will receive a free Berkley Tackle Bag!

The new store brought 150 new jobs to the area and sits at 3864 N. Steele Boulevard in Fayetteville.
