A restaurant in Fayetteville will be packing up and moving on after a city council meeting Tuesday resulted in the business` liquor license being revoked. Casa Torres, located on College Avenue, has built up about one hundred pages of complaints and violations with the Fayetteville Police since it opened in 2003. Among the complaints, serving alcohol to minors, serving liquor past closing time, loud music and numerous assaults. Last month the restaurant was roped off for a night after a shooting occurred there.
