An ESPN poll ranks new Hog Head Coach Bret Bielema as the best SEC coaching hire.

The conference had four head coach vacancies: Arkansas, Kentucky, Auburn and Tennessee. Now that Tennessee nabbed Cincinnati's Butch Jones all have been filled.

The SportsNation poll asked viewers to vote on which school grabbed the smartest pick.  And, so far, Bielema leads the pack with around a 30% margin.  Butch Jones comes in second and Gus Malzahn's move to Auburn is third.

They'll continue to take votes through the week.
