Fayetteville Police Release November Drug Arrest Results

Fayetteville Police, releasing November results on continued drug enforcement efforts. Throughout the month, there were a total of 73 arrests for drug related charges, compared to 55 arrests in October. The highest number of arrests were for a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance. Here is a full list of charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance 30 (Misdemeanor)

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 12 (Misdemeanor & Felony)

Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Purpose to Deliver 11 (Felony)

Possession of a Controlled Substance 16 (Felony)

Delivery of a Controlled Substance 4 (Felony)
