A convicted felon is back on the streets in Siloam Springs, just days after police say they found guns and drugs in his home. That home is within a thousand feet of a church and drug treatment facility.
Ted Francis Wilder now faces several charges involving illegal use of drugs and guns.
He was arrested during a traffic stop in West Siloam Springs when police say Wilder told them he was on his way to Oklahoma to buy a pound of marijuana.
A search inside of his home uncovered 42 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and two guns.
Wilder was released Monday from the Benton County jail on a $2,500 bond.
