Rico Cohn Due in Court

By: Marissa Stevens
Updated: January 6, 2013

A Washington County man will see the courtroom Monday, after being charged with the murder of a 21-year-old college student.

Rico Cohn pleaded not guilty at his arraignment back in June.

Fayetteville Police believe Cohn killed Nina Ingram in April of 2006. Ingram was found strangled to death in her apartment and for years police had no suspects.

After several recent news stories about the six-year-old case, investigators received some information that helped them make an arrest.

Cohn faces a charge of Capital Murder.
