A man is behind bars after police say he video taped people without their knowledge.
That's just one of the seven stories you need to know about - before you head out the door this morning.
A Fayetteville man is accused of secretly recording himself having sex with other people.
After getting a tip from Travis Lunsford's roommate, police say they found a dozen videos of him having sex with both women and men.
In the recordings, investigators say Lunsford, 39, turns the camera on and off only when he is alone in the room.
He faces a charge of video voyeurism.

Walmart says "no thanks" to a White House meeting about gun control Today.
The company says it's because of a scheduling conflict, and does plan to continue talks with lawmakers.
The meeting is part of a panel led by Vice President Joe Biden, to prevent another deadly school shooting like the one in Newtown, Connecticut.
Both the NRA and the National Shooting Sports Foundation say they will be there.
Meanwhile, other groups are pushing for gun control on Capitol Hill.

The petition to keep Walmart from selling assault weapons keeps growing.
At this hour, more than 86,000 people have signed it.
The goal is 90,000.
The petition specifically refers to the Bushmaster AR-15, the same high-powered rifle linked to the Newtown shooting.
Walmart has already pulled the listing for another similar rifle from it's online store.

The City of Fayettevillle could cash in on property that once housed a Tyson factory.
The land is located on Huntsville and Happy Valley Roads.
Next week, the city council will try to pass a measure selling two acres of the property to Kum and Go, with a price tag of almost a million bucks.
The old Tyson structure still stands.  It once housed a Mexican Original taco and corn chip factory.
The city later built a fire station on part of the property.

The power is back on in Bentonville this morning, but an outage yesterday left more than 5,000 people in the dark for about two hours.
A problem at a substation in Rogers knocked out the power around 2 o'clock, even leaving some schools without electricity.
Crews got everything back up and running shortly before 4 o'clock.

In Fort Smith, a River Valley hero will be remembered for years to come.
City leaders have ok'ed a statue of General William Darby, a World War II Ranger, to be placed at Cisterna Park.
But first, the Darby Day's Ranger Reunion Group has to gather enough money for the project, about $250,000.
More than 700 Rangers went into Cisterna, Italy during the war and only six survived.
The town considers General Darby its 'guardian,' which is why Cisterna Park was chosen as the place to honor him.

Helping out those in need is a team effort.
Today, Eco-Chic Resale shop and Seven Hills Homeless Center are working together.
The Go-7 trailer is parked at the Springdale store today, and together, they're collecting winter weather items like coats and blankets.
