The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) says David Westenhover, 49, was picked up today and faces charges that include Theft By Receiving, Hindering Apprehension and Obstruction of Governmental Operations.
The FCSO says this case has been investigated for about three months after a burglary occurred and some weapons were stolen from a Faulkner County home on September 30th.
Through the investigation and interviews with witnesses it was determined by investigators that Westenhover was in possession of at least one or more of the stolen weapons, the FCSO says.
The case file was sent to Prosecutor Cody Hiland of the 20th Judicial District.
Westenhover's bond will be set at $6,000.
