Bikes Blues and BBQ Donates to Local Charities

Every year on a fall weekend in Fayetteville bikers converge onto Northwest Arkansas for The Annual Bikes Blues And Barbecue Rally. The annual event brought about 400-thousand bikers in 2012. Friday night organizers rally organizers hosted a special event to present local charities with checks --money raised through the rally to support our non-profits. Executive Director Joe Gilesmouse says, "There are another 15,16 charities for whom we have generated money during the coarse of the rally. So that not only we are giving out 90,000 dollars but the sum total of charity money that we've generated at this years rally is 192,132 dollars." According to their website some of the organizations the rally supports include Lifesource international, The Single Parent Scholarship Fund, and The Fayetteville Boys And Girls Club.
