Our focus on the flu continues this morning.
These are the seven stories you need to know about before you head out the door.
The flu virus is forcing classes to close in the Westville School District.
Westville, Oklahoma is about 30 miles west of Fayetteville.
The district's website says classes are canceled the rest of the week because of a flu outbreak there.
More than a hundred Westville students and 16 teachers were out sick with the bug this week.
In Arkansas, the death toll from the virus has risen to 13.
A group of chicken and biscuit thieves are on the run in Rogers, and police need your help tracking them down.
This is the video that could help catch them.
The burglary was caught on camera at a Rogers Popeye's back in December.
They used a baseball bat to break in and then load boxes into a dark car driven by a third person.
So what was in those boxes?
Chicken and biscuits!
Police say it's the second time someone has broken the window there to steal chicken, and it usually happens at multiple retaurants at the same time.
If you have any information, call Rogers police.
Also in Rogers firefighters are trying to figure out exactly what caused this scene in front of Cabela's.
The battalion chief tells us a smoking ATV began burning after a test drive.
The fire spread to three other ATV's lined up nearby, right in front of the sporting goods store.
Smoke could be seen from I-540 as crews put out the flames.
No one was hurt, but an investigation is underway.
New information in the Tontitown troubles we've been following for you since Monday.
All six city council members have now been sworn in to office.
At a meeting Monday night, the city realized 4 out of 6 aldermen hadn't taken the official oath yet.
Mayor Tommy Granata's resignation could soon be finalized as well.
He announced it earlier this month.
Now, it's up to the city to either accept or reject it at its next meeting.
Benton County gets the green light to start stocking up!
Beer and wine permits are now in the hands of several businesses across the county this morning..
The Alcoholic Beverage Control board issued them yesterday, allowing stores to sell "off-premise" alcohol and order it from distributors.
Finnegan's Country Market received the very first alcohol permit in the county.
Liquor permits are expected to be issued in the next few months.
Several big jobs are getting underway on I-540.
Almost half a dozen projects are set to begin this year.
The first starts this summer with work on the Don Tyson Interchange in Springdale.
Next up, plans to widen the interstate between Highway 16 and Porter Road in Fayetteville.
Three other projects are planned for late 2013.
Speaking of major road projects, the City of Fayetteville is paving the way for its first flyover.
With preconstruction work approved, surveyers will be around the 71B and Fulbright Expressway area near Joyce and Millsap.
The official ground breaking is set for January 28th.
The flyover should be finished by mid-summer of 2014.
