Triple-A reports the average price of regular in the state dropped to two-dollars-17-cents today, a penny lower than Sunday.
A year ago, regular was averaging two-23 a gallon. Around the state, regular is averaging two-19 in Little Rock, two-dollars-nine-cents in Fort Smith, and two-16 in Fayetteville.
