California Men Face Drug Charges in Washington County

Two California men are in Washington County jail after police found more than 50 pounds of marijuana in their car.
On Sunday, January 20th, a Washington County deputy stopped a vehicle for speeding on Highway 412.
A K-9 unit indicated an odor of drugs in the vehicle.
A search yielded about 54 pounds of marijuana and more than $1,000 cash.
22-year-old Scott Fretland and 34-year-old Wayne Lovel, both from Eureka, California, were arrested for possession with intent to deliver and various other drug- related charges.
