Winslow Man Charged with Sexual Assault of Disabled Teen

A Winslow man faces sexual assault charges after a 16-year-old disabled girl claims he had sex with her.
36-year-old Kenneth McCain is charged with two counts of 4th Degree Sexual Assault.
According to court documents, in October, the victim told her mother, who was acquainted with McCain, that he had sex with her from July 2011 to May 2012.
The victim is permanently confined to a wheelchair due to injuries from a car accident.
Police also interviewed friends of the victim who said they also knew about the abuse.
Based on the information from the victim and her friends, police issued a warrant for McCain and placed him under arrest.
He was released from Washington County Jail Tuesday morning on $7,500 bond.
