A School Shooting in Houston is in Tuesday's Edition of "The Pulse"

It seems all of Twitter has Bieber fever and many are outraged after learning Beyonce may have lip-synced at the Presidential Inauguration.

Bieber Takes Over Twitter
In the battle of the pop-stars, Justin Bieber becomes theTwitter king. The teen heart throb ousting Lady Gaga's from her top spot as most followed celeb. But Lady Gaga isn't that far behind, coming up just a few thousand short of the lead.

Beyonce
Pop star Beyonce opted to use a pre-recorded version of The National Anthem for the inauguration Monday, according to a US Marine Band Spokeswoman. Many people are outraged the diva would lip sync but the allegations have not yet been clarified by Beyonce or her representatives.

Blockbuster
Dish Network is shutting down 300 more  Blockbuster stores and eliminating about 3,000 employees. Dish bought the bankrupt video-rental chain in March 2011 for $320 million. The latest closings will leave the chain with five hundred stores nationwide. 

Roe V. Wade
Tuesday marks the 40th Anniversary of the Roe V. Wade supreme court decision. In 1973, the justices declared laws prohibiting abortion violated a woman's constitutional right to privacy. They also said states could regulate abortion procedures in the interest of a woman's health. According to a new document, there have been more than 54 million abortions since 1973.

Houston Shooting
Two suspects are in custody and three people are injured after a shooting at a community college in Houston. Apparently, it started as an altercation and ended in gunfire on the campus of Lone Star Community College. A school spokesman says one of the shooters is among the injured along with two people caught in the crossfire and one person who had a heart attack during the shooting.
