We want to help you and your family save money this year.

And the grocery store is one place you can cut back on costs!

Lela Davidson from Peekaboo Media Group joined us on the Fox Morning Edge to talk about smart ways to save, without having to clip a thousand coupons.

She recommends planning out a menu for the week ahead of time, so you know exactly what you do, and don't need to buy.

Davidson also says, buy marked down meat.  It's just as good and if you throw it in the freezer it will stay good for months.

For more of her tips, check out her attached interview.
