Ozark Regional Transit Stopping Saturday Service

By: Jonathan Martinez
Updated: January 25, 2013
Ozark Regional Transit has put the breaks on Saturday service in Northwest Arkansas.

The ORT board made the decision Thursday and it will going into place February 16th.

Transit officials said with so few trips they are making on Saturdays, it made more business sense to stop them all together.

The funds used to run the Saturday service will instead be allocated to beef up their Monday through Friday service.
