Trial Delayed for Man Accused of Killing Infant Step-Son

The trial of a man accused of killing his two-month-old step-son has been delayed.
23-year-old Tremelle Overton was arrested back in August after authorities found his step-son unresponsive and not breathing.
The child was taken to Northwest Medical Center but later died.
Overton's trial was slated to start today but was rescheduled for February 28th.
Overton faces a charge of first-degree murder.
He remains in the Washington County Detention Center on $100,000 bond.
