Rogers Teen Has Pleaded Guilty in Dart Shooting Case

A Rogers teenager has pleaded guily to shooting blow-darts at women. Prosecutors charged
17 -year-old William Goines. He pleaded guilty to 2 counts of assault and 3 counts of battery. He was arrested last October after 2 women reported they were hit with blow-darts. A man also later reported being hit with a paint ball. Monday a judge sentenced Goines to 120 days in jail, under the plea agreement he was given credit for time served and is not in jail,  and 10 years probation. Goines Has also been banned from the Pinnacle Hills shopping area and Scottsdale Shopping Center and he can't have any blow dart weapon, air-soft weapon, or other alternative firearm during the probationary period.18-year old Jeremy Hendrix also faces charges in this case. He's scheduled to appear in court in March.
