Accused Killers in Court on Capital Murder Charges

Four accused killers are set to face a judge today (Tuesday) on capital murder charges.
Deputies say Heather Swain, James Patton, and brothers Anthony and Timothy Swinford, admitted to beating a Prairie Grove man - Ronnie Bradley - last year, and leaving him in a driveway.
Patton and the Swinford brothers were recently in court where their bond was denied.
Deputies found Ronnie Bradley's body near a home on Four Corners Road in December.

Investigators say alcohol was involved and that the victim knew the suspects.
