Rogers Woman Accused of Rape

Rogers Police have arrested a woman for five counts of rape.
45-year-old Lisa Dawn Norman was arrested Thursday afternoon after the father of a 15-year-old boy reported Norman had inappropriate sexual contact with the boy when he was seven or eight years old.
According to Arkansas State law, rape is defined as sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity when another person under the age of 14.
Norman is being held at the Benton County Sheriff's office with no bond set.
She faces five charges of rape, a class Y felony.
