Fort Smith SWAT Team Arrests 3 Men

Fort Smith Police say Alfredo Benjamin Madrigales 42, Jose Chacon 23, and Eiichiro Jack Ishii 23, were arrested after police were called when gun shots were fired from their home.
When police arrived more gun shots were fired and they thought they heard a female scream inside the house.
A rifle was found sticking out of a window at the back of the house. There was no one in the room and the window was partially open, say police.
Fort Smith SWAT team was called after several attempts to make contact with someone inside the home. Fort Smith SWAT team entered the house and found three men, Madrigales, Chacon, and Ishii, inside along with several other firearms and ammunition.
Police say the three men refused to explain what had happened, and a fairly large, recently dug hole was found just outside the window where the rifle was found, and it appeared the rifle had been fired out the window at the ground.
