A Bacon Festival is on Friday's Edition of "Over the Edge News"

Dirt food and plenty of bacon, here's Friday's "Over the Edge News".
A japanese chef, serving up soil as one of his specialties. He also offers potato balls topped with dirt sauce. He says the soil simmering on his stove comes from rural areas where there's no farming. This way, he says he avoids unpleasant chemicals and the cooking gets rid of any sand.
In Iowa, the Blue Ribbon Bacon festival is about more than frying up a favorite breakfast food. There's a bacon queen, who wears a bacon dress, and they've got bacon cookies. Officials say if you stretched out this year's five-tons of bacon served at the festival it would span twenty miles.
One weightlifter doesn't let his size get in the way of bench pressing more than the average joe could even dream about. The four foot one body builder can bench press 285 pounds- triple his body weight.
