Sebastian County to Host Seminar to Prep Schools for a Crisis

The Sebastian County Sheriff's Office is hosting 'Preparing Your School for a Crisis,' a free training seminar on preventing and responding to emergencies in schools.

Conner Eldridge, United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, and Sebastian County Sheriff Bill Hollenbeck are teaming up for the event.

The seminar will be given in conjunction with the Criminal Justice Institute, Safe Schools Initiative, and the Western District of Arkansas Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council.

It will be held at the Fort Smith Convention Center on February 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 
The event is open to all law enforcement, school administrators, and school security personnel.
