Valentine's Edge List: Top 5 Worst Rom-Coms
Number Five -- Good Luck Chuck
Someone had the idea to make Dane Cook a romantic lead. He plays Chuck, women only sleep with him because whomever he beds will marry the next guy they meet. The mood of this one is rude and raunchy but the laughs are few and far between.
Number Four -- All About Steve
It takes real effort to turn the beloved Sandra Bullock into a character so dorky and desperate it's hard to watch her. Unfortunately for Bradley Cooper, he's the object of her desire. There is zero romance and zero comedy in this one.
Number Three -- The Beautician and the Beast
In this one, a feisty female goes to a foreign country, points out all the error of their backward ways, and of course, the authority figure instantly falls in love with her. Our advice, just avoid this one.
Number Two -- From Justin to Kelly
This one stars two "American Idol" contestants. The winner, Kelly Clarkson, and the runner up, Justin what's-his-name. The terrible dancing, obvious lip-synching and terrible plot made many think Kelly Clarkson was done for good. Luckily, the film didn't define her career, maybe Justin's though.
Number One -- Gigli
You would think that pairing then-couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez would make for a hit, but alas, it was one of the biggest box-office flops ever. With cringe-worthy dialogue, the film was pulled from theaters after just three weeks and racked up more Razzies than ticket sales.
