Two Arrested for Entering Apartment, Beating Occupant

Two men are under arrest after police say they entered an apartment and beat one of the people inside.
Springdale Police say they were called to the apartment on Crutcher St. early Thursday morning where the victim said two men he didn't know walked into the unlocked apartment, jumped on him and began hitting him on the head and face.
The two men, identified as 34-year-old Dickson Jimna and 28-year-old Anjain John left the apartment when a witness threatened to call police, but returned just a few minutes later.

The report says when they returned to find the apartment door locked, they proceeded to kick a window, shattering it and kicked the door completely off its hinges.

Just as the victim forced the two men from the apartment a second time, police arrived and placed them under arrest.
They each face charges of felony residential burglary and 3rd degree battery, a misdemeanor.
According to the arrest reoprt, Anjain John was also chared for fleeing from the scene and assaulting an officer during his booking process.
