Arkansas State Police Busy with Accidents on Wednesday

According to Arkansas State Police Troopers in Northwest Arkansas have worked 17 accidents in four counties .The numbers from Troop L break down like this:

Washington County 8
Benton County 6
Madison County 2
Caroll County 1

Washington County had the most with eight followed by Benton County with six accidents. Madison County had two and Carroll County just one. A spokesperson says schools and businesses letting folks go home early may have helped to keep the numbers down but also stressed ,Thursday could be even worse for drivers.
