There was some moving and grooving happening at the Northwest Arkansas Mall Saturday in the name of heart health.
Washington Regional and Walker Heart Institute joined together to host a day where people could dance their way to heart health.

From belly dancing, to Zumba, to breaking it down with the University of Arkansas Mascot and cheerleaders, people in attendance learned how to be happy and healthy by simply moving their feet.

Day of dance is powered by "Spirit Of Women," a national network of hospitals and healthcare providers that promote women's health through education and community outreach.
