The man wanted for the murder of three people on the Las Vegas strip last week is in custody.
Police arrested Ammar Harris in Los Angeles yesterday.
Harris was allegedly driving a Range Rover last week when police say he opened fire on a Mazerati, killing the driver.
The driver then accelerated into a taxi, killing the two more people.    

Members of Congress have packed up and gone home for the weekend, without reaching a deal on the sequester.
Which means the $85 billion in across the board spending cuts will begin at the end of the day.
President Obama is set to meet with Republican congressional leaders to discuss the issue, hoping the two sides can come to an agreement before the midnight deadline.
The White House has warned the $85 billion in cuts would impact everything from commercial flights to classrooms.

The Twitter account for former Pope Benedict XVI has fallen silent.
The man now known as "Emeritus Pope Benedict," sent out his last tweet around five o'clock Thursday evening in Rome.
Soon afterward, all of the Pope's tweets were deleted, and the profile was changed to read 'vacant seat" in Italian.
Meanwhile, the cardinals are getting ready to choose Benedict's successor.

Michelle Obama visited a Springfield, Missouri Wal-Mart to promote her campaign to fight childhood obesity.
The First Lady made the stop during the final day of a two-day tour celebrating her "Let's Move" campaign.        
She also praised Wal-Mart for the company's effort to make healthy food more affordable. 

Shakes on a plane!
Colorado College students did the popular Harlem Shake on a Frontier flight and it went viral on YouTube.
But not everyone thought the video was funny.
The Federal Aviation Administration is now investigating.
A Frontier airlines spokeswoman says all safety measures were followed and the seatbelt sign was off.
