Pope County Increasing Patrol After Reported Kidnapping Attempt

The Pope County Sheriff's Office is increasing patrols after an attempted kidnapping.

The incident reportedly happened at Upper McGuire Loop in Russellville on Thursday night. 

The sheriff says a father reported that his daughter and her friend were riding bikes when a man lunged and tried to grab them.
