Arkansas is no longer the strictest state in the nation when it comes to abortion. North Dakota has now passed the anti-abortion bill that Senator Jason Rapert wanted to pass in the first place-- a five week ban with no exceptions for rape or for the mother or the fetus' health-- making abortion illegal for anyone who is five weeks pregnant. Rapert himself has said he hopes to eventually emulate North Dakota with a similar law.
