breaking news
This change is due to an alteration in the schedule of blocks of time designated for certain committees. The alteration stems from members participating in the funeral of Rep. Charlie Norwood (R-GA). The schedule of speakers continues to change throughout the day. There will be further updates, should there be a drastic change in the scheduled window, or a more specific time is determined. A copy of Rep. Boozman`s remarks will be emailed later today, with an embargo of 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
