The crash reportedly occurred when a pickup traveling east on County Road 38 crossed the intersection with County Road 695 and collided with a southbound SUV. The crash reportedly occurred about 12:15 p.m. in Yarbro.
The driver of the first vehicle - Linda Copley, 45, of Gosnell - died in the collision, police said.
The driver of the other vehicle - Jonathan Bell, 17, of Blytheville, - along with passengers William Bell and Nathan Cole - both age 3 and also of Blytheville - were reportedly injured and taken to a local hospital.
Police said the deceased motorist was not wearing a seat belt. They said the intersection where the crashed occurred had no traffic signs.
