If youve driven around Rogers, especially near the Pinnacle Hills Exit, youve probably noticed panhandlers.
This practice of begging for money on street corners is an act the rogers city council will vote on Tuesday night. City council member Mark Kruger told us they have had complaints.
Kruger said banning panhandlers is a safety concern, especially as the city continues to grow.
Kruger told us this is not a very controversial issue and that most probably the city council will vote to ban it.
